The Hodler Group is a leading investor in the agri-food sector across Central and Eastern Europe. Founded nearly two decades ago by experienced investment professionals, the Group is committed to driving sustainable growth and industry innovation.
Since inception, the Hodler Group has completed numerous investments through both proprietary capital and private equity funds, primarily in Hungary, Romania, and Serbia. Hodler Asset Management currently manages two private equity funds with a total capital of EUR 160 million and six active investments.
Our investment strategy focuses on the Central and Eastern European agri-food sector—a region undergoing fundamental transformation driven by fragmented markets, limited horizontal consolidation, and generational succession challenges. We believe these structural dynamics create unique opportunities for corporate consolidation, targeted value chain development, and technological modernization.
